Children's Festival

Children, old and young, there is
excitement waiting for you at the 2010 Children's Festival! The
festival will kick off Saturday at 9:30 a.m. with the
"Children's Stuff Auction" with exciting items like
admission passes, sports tickets, and fun stuff. After the auction
our activity booths will open. For every $5 "Fun Pass"
you buy you will be able to enjoy 12 activities. In addition there
will be rope making, school kits, and other things to purchase.

The KID'S
STUFF AUCTION will begin at 9:30 a.m. on
Saturday, July 24. It will be great fun! Click

The
CHILDREN'S BOOTHS will
open at 10:00 a.m. (or when the Kid's Stuff Auction concludes)
until 4:00 p.m. The Best Themed Booth Award is sponsored by
Valentinos of Sioux Falls.

hosted by Bethel Mennonite Church Youth

Flamingo Fling
- Throw rings over flamingo necks. Hosted by Huttherthal Youth Group.

Balloon booth - Make
balloon animals or hats. Hosted by Bethany Youth Group, Freeman,
SD.

Shake, Drop, Pop hosted
by Swan Lake Christian Camp

Plants to Remember

Penny Toss

Toddler Fun Area - a
free area with activities for toddlers

Face Painting - hosted
by First Mennonite Church, Mt. Lake, MN

Every penny counts!
All proceeds for
the Kid's Stuff Auction, Penny Power, and Children's Festival will
go directly to aid earthquake victims.

Old boots (not just cowboy boots)
will be used to collect pennies and decorate booths. You can begin
collecting any boots that are no longer used. Holes and scuff
marks are accepted - no, they are encouraged! No sizes are too big
or too small! This is a great way to get rid of those boots that
can no longer be worn. The boots will be a key part of this year's
celebration. The more the merrier!

Church and Civic groups, Sunday School classes and families -
we need your help to create and man either a craft or activity
booth. Be a witness for God's love for His people. See
how you can help.
