Pre-packaged dry soup mixes, bread
& cookie mixes for the Farmer’s Market.
Recipes furnished

Homemade candy for the Candy Booth.

Quilts, afghans, wall hangings,
furniture, bears & dolls, wood items, toys, toolboxes, metal crafts, etc for
the Auction
·
Baked goods, pies, jams, honey,
fresh garden produce, plants, etc. for the Farmer’s Market
·
Theme Baskets
for the Silent Auction
·
Children’s items for the Kid’s
Stuff Auction
·
Use your imagination and donate a
unique item to the Sale

the Sale

IN 2009

Recycling is now mandatory at the
Arena
·
No Styrofoam will be able to be
used in the Arena.
·
All booths must break down
discarded boxes and placed in recycling bin
·
Metal, paper, plastic, and glass
need to be put in proper recycling bins
·
The Craft Boutique has a new name
– Artisans Market
·
Thrifty Bags in the Thrift Shoppe
VOLUNTEER WITH COMPUTER SKILLS NEEDED!
The
Board is in need of a volunteer with computer skills to work with the floor plan
and Desktop Publishing. This
position will not take a lot of time as the program is already set up.
