Auction

produce, plants, pre-packaged soup, bread, & cookie mixes for the Farmer’s
Market.
·
Pies for the Dessert Booth and
Farmer’s Market. Be sure to sign
them in at the Farmer’s Market.
·
Small craft items for the
Artisan’s Market.
THINGS
TO REMEMBER
·
RECYCLING is now mandatory at the
Arena.
No Styrofoam will be allowed and
discarded boxes need to be broken down and put into the recycling bin along with
plastic, glass, etc.
·
Be sure to VOTE for your favorite
quilt Friday and look for the
selling of the People’s Choice Quilt at the Auction.
·
Bring ICE CHESTS to take home your
Frozen Entrees, Chislic, Dimock Cheese, Kuchens, Candy, etc.
·
CREDIT CARDS may again be used for
all purchases.
·
KID’S STUFF AUCTION Saturday
morning at 9:30. Children must have
a bidding number and an adult present to help them bid.
·
THE MASTER’S VOICE quartet will
be performing Friday evening at 7:00.
·
SIGN UP TO WORK!
Volunteers are the backbone of the Sale.
YOUTH are needed!
·
Send in your DONATIONS so that 100%
of Sale proceeds may go to MCC.
·
Participate in the 5K Run/3K Fun
Walk on Saturday morning. More info

DONATION FORMS DUE JUNE 20!!!
Send
in your donation forms to the name on your form by June 20.
Items sell better when a time is provided for the buyers.
Forms are available at area churches, Care and Share, and the Et Cetera
Shoppe. All
Booth Chairpeople: Orders are due to
by JULY 1! The web site
address will be sent to Booth Chairs.
VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED

We are still looking for a
TREASURER for 2010. If you have
computer and financial skills and would be interested in donating time to MCC in
this way please contact one of the Board members.
·
We still need a chair person for
the School Kit Booth and school kit bags made and donated to the booth.
·
Also
needed are young people who will help to move the donations to their respective
booths on Friday. Contact Peter

or give him a call at 605-648-3254 if you would be willing to help in that area.
