MINN-KOTA WEBSITE
The Minn-Kota Website is being improved and brought up to date.  Pictures are needed for the website and for publicity.  If you have digital pictures of items to be sold at the auction or action pictures from previous Sales, please send them via email to the new Webmaster Anita Preheim.  Her email is apreheim@svtv.com.  If you are sending photos of people, please get a release from the people involved, especially if they include children.  Check out the new and improved website after April l.

Thank you and appreciation goes to Jayme Lohrenz for his work with the website and database in the past.

PUBLICITY UPDATE
Brochures are getting an update, thanks to the help of Bill Balcziak of Minnesota.  This is the work of the marketing group consisting of Board members Charlotte Loewen, Anita Neufeld, Loretta Krahn, Terry Walter, and Jon Harder along with Rodney Unruh, publicity chairperson.

ONE AUCTION RING
At the February Minn-Kota Board meeting the decision was made to have one auction ring at the Sale this year.  The auction will begin at 9:00 Saturday morning.  Items donated for the sale will be described on a "donation form". This is in place of the “auction registration forms” previously used.  Be looking for more information about this change.

The Kid’s Stuff Auction will be held on Friday evening.

SILENT AUCTION

A new feature of the Silent Auction will be Theme Baskets.  Contact these coordinators if you are interested in making a theme basket:
