Arena

No Styrofoam will be able to be
used in the Arena.

All booths must break down
discarded boxes and placed in recycling bin

Metal, paper, plastic, and glass
need to be put in proper recycling bins

The Board
is in need of a volunteer with computer skills to work with the floor plan and
Desktop Publishing. This position
will not take a lot of time as the program is already set up.
If you are interested in helping the Sale in this way please contact Jon

DONATION FORMS
We have a
number of old donation forms with different addresses to where they are to be
sent. These will be used this year.
Please send them to the addresses on your forms and they will be sent to
the correct person. The new forms
that will be printed will have all donation forms going to the MCC Office in
Freeman. Hopefully, we will be able
to save some printing expense and also save a few trees.
