·       NEW IN 2010

·         New and improved Children’s activities.  Theme: Shaking in Our Boots with Fun- Helping Earthquake Victims World Wide!  There will be activities for all.  Pastors and Church Reps will receive information about the change and how you can help.  We need cowboy boots, any size, shape, and condition.  Contact your church rep to donate.

·         Extended hours in the food line on Saturday.  Serving will continue from 11:00 to end of Auction. 

·         DVDs for use in Churches to promote the work of MCC.  Let Elizabeth Janssen know if you are interested.  nt@mcc.org for information.

SILENT AUCTION:  THEME BASKETS

Theme Baskets will again be featured at the Silent Auction.  Sunday School classes, families, and individuals are needed to contribute baskets.  Begin now to collect items for your baskets.  Contact Edie Tschetter at letschetter@gwtc.net for more information.

CHURCHES CAN HELP GENERATE INTEREST

We are asking Churches to help generate interest and excitement as we are getting ready for the Sale.  Are you wired to be able to show short DVDs that promote the work of MCC during your Sunday morning service?  Elizabeth Janssen at the MCC Office in Freeman has materials that promote the work of MCC.  Are you collecting Pennies for MCC?  If not, come up with a way to generate interest to include all ages in raising funds to help feed the hungry.  NOW is the time to be starting on the 90 items Churches can do for MCC’s 90 years of relief effort!
