Election: There are three board positions open. Charlotte is not eligible for another term. Juli Leaman, from Mt. Lake, has agreed to replace Charlotte. Melvin Koehn is eligible for a 2nd term and he has agreed to serve again. Marilyn Penner’s term has expired an we need to find someone from Sioux Falls to fill this position. Motioned and seconded to cast a unanimous ballot for Juli and Melvin. Passed.
Pete and Lynette Preheim have agreed to be appointed for a second term. The executive board gratefully appointed them to another term.
•
It didn’t seem like the babysitting booth was missed.
•
Kids liked the game/puzzle area.
•
Some sales have a pre-sale fundraising meal. Is this something we
can do?
•
Everyone should bring one new person to the sale each year. It
shouldn’t be just up to the executive committee. Maybe we could have a
campaign like “Who are you going to invite to the Minn-Kota Sale this year?”
•
Craft Boutique name change--Monica Hofer and Diane Witt would like
to rename the craft area Artisan’s Market.
•
If you know of anyone who makes quilts or woodworking items pleas
ask them if they would be willing to donate something to the sale.
